Immobilized Dye Resin Selection Kit

Immobilized Dye Resin Selection Kit is designed based on the property of textile dyes binding to proteins, especially those with affinities to various nucleotides. Furthermore, the affinity of reactive dyes to proteins may be due to substrate/cofactor similarities as well as hydrophobic and ion exchange properties.

Immobilized Dye Resin Selection Kit comprised of four 1 ml FPLC columns packed with 6% cross-linked agarose covalently coupled with the dyes. The resins supplied in the FPLC columns are Immobilized Cibacron Blue 3G, Immobilized Reactive Blue 4, Immobilized Reactive Yellow 3, and Immobilized Reactive Red 120. Different proteins may have different affinities for the dye resin. This kit is intended to select for the suitable dye resin for purification or separation of protein  of interest by running the sample in 4 different dye resin columns
