Immobilized AMP is an affinity resin used in purifying NAD+-dehydrogenases such as aldehyde dehydrogenase, NADH oxidase and Lactate Dehydrogenase Isoenzyme-5, and ATP-dependent enzymes such as DNA polymerase.
